Refunds & Returns

Our Return Policy is simple

If you're not happy - we're not happy! 100% money back guarantee for any of our products returned within 14 days of receipt: simply return your product and we will refund you the price of the goods, provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent. Items must be returned to Canopy Locking Systems, within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Defective item claims must be lodged via email to sales@canopylocks.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Depending on the claim we will require evidence of the defect via email. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund of the items price will be offered. Our product is not refundable if the defect is caused by misuse or misadventure on behalf of the purchaser or any other user of the product once purchased. This includes cutting off the bullet connectors off the wires, and or altering the shape in any way of the actuator. However, replacement parts can be purchased upon enquiry. Canopy Locking Systems will provide a back to base warranty service which means the goods must be returned to Canopy Locking Systems at the purchaser’s expense. For defective item claims this must be arranged via email and agreed with by Canopy Locking Systems before any item is returned.



How to return your item:

  • Send an email to sales@canopylocks.com.au and we will reply how to go about your return request, If you have purchased the incorrect product or simply wish to return the product, the purchaser will have to pay the return postage and a 20% re stocking fee will apply and goods must be recieved in the same condition as sent. Balance of funds will be credited to the account which the goods were paid for from. Refund can take up to 2 weeks to appear in the account.
  • Send your item to the return address provided with the tracking number.
  • As soon as the return has been received - a replacement product will be shipped or money less costs refunded.



IMPORTANT:

The return must be received by Canopy Locking Systems within (14) fourteen days. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received and tested by Canopy Locking Systems. All returns must be approved by Canopy Locking Systems.Any item that is returned to Canopy Locking Systems without an email confirmation will not be refunded. Remember it’s our aim to keep our customers happy, so please feel free to email us with any issues and we will do our best to resolve them.
